General Cleaning/One Time Cleaning Rates

Residential Homes   -           $35.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.

Residential Condos  -           $35.00 per hour with a three hour minimum.

Recurring Service Rates

Weekly Rates

Residential Homes   -           $29.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.

Residential Condos  -           $29.00 per hour with a three hour minimum.

Bi-Weekly Cleanings

Residential Homes   -           $31.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.

Residential Condos  -           $31.00 per hour with a three hour minimum.

Monthly Cleanings

Residential Homes   -           $33.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.

Residential Condos  -           $33.00 per hour with a three hour minimum.

Deep Clean Rates

Residential Homes -  $35.00 per hour per technician with a four hour minimum.

Residential Condos -  $35.00 per hour per technician with a three hour minimum.

 *Most Deep Cleaning Services require two technicians and most cleanings can be completed within the minimum hour guidelines.

 Green Consulting Service Rates

Residential Homes & Residential Condos -          $125.00 per hour with a four
                                                                             hour minimum.

                                    Interior Green-Scaping Service Rates

Residential Homes & Residential Condos -          $75.00 per hour with a
                                                                             three hour minimum.

                                                General Rate Information

*Initial consultations are free of charge.

*An in home estimate is always required for first time appointments to ensure accuracy in appointment duration.

*Fairy Tale Manor Eco-Cleaning offers a 10% discount to senior citizens.

*Essential Oil/Aromatherapy requests are an additional $10.00 charge for any cleaning service for both residential homes and residential condos.

*Ultraviolet lights are used to eradicate bacteria at no additional charge for six areas.  Those areas typically include the main kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, secondary bedroom, secondary bathroom, and living room.  Additional requests will be charged $15.00 per room.

*There is a $25.00 flat fee for our ultraviolet light service on all interior door knobs and handles throughout the entire house (This is especially beneficial during cold/flu season).

*When you request both our Green Consulting Service and our Interior Green-Scaping Service you will receive a $100.00 discount off the total fee.

*Tips are never mandatory for our Green Technicians, but are always welcome.
